Feller
“Fastest Pitch”
Griffith Stadium
1946
When
the topic of the fastest pitch arises, baseball historians
dispute the pitcher and recorded measurement. Many feel
that the recognition should go to Cleveland's Bob Feller
who in 1946 pitched a baseball at a speed of 107 mph - some
claiming it was actually 107.9 mph - in a demonstration
before

Bob
Feller's blazing fastball set the standard against which all of
his successors have been judged. "Rapid Robert," recently
deceased, spent his 18-year career in Cleveland, amassing 266 victories
and 2,581 strikeouts, while leading the league in strikeouts seven
times. Fresh from high school, Feller amazingly struck out 15 batters
in his first big league start, a 4-1 victory over the St. Louis
Browns on August 25, 1936. He authored three no-hitters and shares
the major league record with 12 one-hitters. Many argue that Feller
was the fastest pitcher of all-time, surpassing even Nolan
Ryan in velocity. This vintage photograph of Feller is
a classic - never was his famous high leg-kick better captured.
Now deceased, Bob hand-signed this beauty before his death with
the rare dual-inscriptions of "HOF
1962" (his Hall of Fame Class) and "107.9
mph". That inscription and the plate on the display
commemorate Feller's mythical 107.9 mph Fastball, a speed Feller
claimed he was clocked at in a demonstration at Griffith Stadium
in 1946. Quality (and beautifully) framed, this is a classic collectible
that would make a great gift for any baseball fan.

| Did
you know?
Legendary pitcher Satchel Paige, who could bring on
the heat himself, believed Feller was the fastest pitcher
of all-time and told teammates, "If anybody threw
that ball any harder than Rapid Robert, then the human
eye couldn't follow it." And in a recent interview
Yogi Berra named Feller as the best pitcher he ever
faced. |

Fingers

Swingin' A's Floating Plate |
| $129
THREE
REMAINING! |
Pitcher
Rollie Fingers' 17-year career epitomized the emergence of the modern-day
relief ace. After watching him post inconsistent results as a starter,
the A's moved Fingers to the bullpen. He excelled quickly and frequently
in his new role. Relying on a sharp slider, Fingers went on to notch
341 career saves. Known almost as much (if not more!) for his handlebar
mustache than his pitching prowess, Fingers became a familiar site
during the post-season, appearing in 16 World Series games. Along
with his three World Series Championships ('72, '73 and '74) and
'74 World Series MVP Award, Rollie also won on both the American
League MVP and Cy Young Award with the in 1981. His number #34 retired
by both the A's and Brewers, Rollie was elected to the Baseball
Hall of Fame in 1992.
We have some very cool...and totally unique...Fingers collectibles
to offer, including this classic hand-signed 8x10 photograph of
Rollie in action (handlebar mustache and all!). SGA Quality Framed

Fisk
Boston Red Sox
1975 World Series Game 6
Fenway Park
October 21, 1975
Ranked the 2nd greatest World Series by ESPN, the Fall
Classic between
Boston and Cincinnati was just that. And the most memorable
moment of the Series, and Carlton Fisks illustrious
career, came in the 12th inning of Game 6. Carlton hit
pitcher Pat Darcys second pitch down the left field
line. The enduring image of Fisk jumping and waving the
ball fair is considered by many to be one of baseball's
greatest moments. The ball struck the foul pole giving
the Red Sox a 76 win and forcing
a seventh and deciding game .

Baseball's
most durable catcher with 24 years behind the plate, Carlton "Pudge"
Fisk caught more games (2,226) than any player in history. The 11-time
All-Star hit 376 career home runs, including 351 as a catcher (2nd
all-time behind only Mike Piazza). A Gold Glove winner and three-time
Silver Slugger Award winner, Carlton's most memorable home run came
in Game Six of the 1975 World Series This photograph, taken moments
after that historic HR is one of the most famous in Red Sox, if
not baseball, history. It shows Carlton waving this 12th inning
World Series blast fair. And fair it was, hitting Fenway's left
field foul pole, giving the Sox a 7-6 win over the Cincinnati Reds
in Game 6 of the '75 Series. A moment no Sox fan will ever forget,
This classic 8x10 photograph is hand-signed by Fisk and displayed

Whitey
Ford
Chairman of the Board 8x10 Display |
| $169 |
| Edward
"Whitey" Ford was the money pitcher on the great Yankee
teams of the 1950s and early 1960s, earning him the nickname "Chairman
of the Board." The wily southpaw's lifetime record
of 236-106 gives him the best winning percentage (.690) of any
20th century pitcher. He paced the American League in victories
three times, and in ERA and shutouts twice. The 1961 Cy Young
Award winner still holds many World Series records, including
10 wins and 94 strikeouts, once pitching 33 consecutive scoreless
innings in the Fall Classic. Whitey was elected to the Baseball
Hall of Fame in 1974. This Sports Gallery Exlcusive Display combines
a hand-signed classic 8x10 photograph along with Commemorative
Plate and Sports Galler Quality Framing. A great gift for any

Kirk
Gibson new!
LA Dodger World Series Home Run Photo
Displays
SGA
Immortal Moments Series |
| An
All-America football flanker and baseball outfielder at Michigan
State University, Gibson was Detroit's number-one pick in the
June 1978 draft. But it was with the Los Angeles Dodgers that
Kirk experienced one of the most memorable baseball moments in
history. Joining the Dodgers as a free agent in 1988, Kirk Gibson's
intensity spurred the team to a World Championship highlighted
by his fabled Hollywood-like game-winning home run in the Series
opener. The National League MVP that year, Kurt was kept out of
the lineup by a leg injury. But with two outs in the bottom of
the ninth, Mike Davis on base, and the Dodgers down 4-3, Kirk
stepped to the plate as a pinch-hitter. Visibly wincing on each
swing, he fouled off four pitches before he hit a slider into
the right field stands off the A's HOF relief ace Dennis
Eckersley.
Photographs of Kirk pumping his fists and limping round the bases,
forever immortalized Kirk in baseball history.
Amazingly, it was Kirk's only at-bat in the Series but it was
enough to inspire the Dodgers to a five game Series victory over
the heavily favored Athletics. This terrific Dodgers and baseball
moment is captured in these two great Sports
Gallery Exclusive Displays.
Choose between and 8x10 or 16x20 photograph display. The 16x20
Display includes a hand-signed photo, and commemorative plate
while the 8x10 has descriptive "SGA
Immortal Moments Series" plate and replica ticket.
All are Sports Gallery Quality Framed
in thick black wood, UV-protective glass, and classic Dodgers
double-matting. The presentation
is the difference when you buy your Sports
Art at Sports Gallery and this beauty deserves the best
framing. A great gift for any non-A's baseball fan! |

Rickey
Henderson new!
"Stolen Base King" 16x20 w/
Floating Plate |
|
$369 |
| Former
A's and Yankees OF Rickey Henderson is Major League Baseball's
career leader in runs (overtaking Ty Cobb in 2001), stolen bases
and walks (beating out the Babe in '01). Considered one of the
greatest leadoff hitters in baseball history, Rickey made his
major league debut with the Oakland A's in 1979. One of only a
handful of ballplayers to play in the majors in four different
decades, Rickey played in his 24th major league season in 2003.
A 10-time All-Star, Gold Glove winner in 1981, and the AL MVP
in 1990, Rickey did it all in his career, including playing in
five post-seasons. He won World Series rings with the A's and
Blue Jays and made the playoffs with the Padres, Mets and Mariners.
But mostly, what Rickey did was steal bases...ALOT of them. Rickey
Henderson is the most prolific base stealer in baseball history,
with 1,406 over his career - 468 more than runner-up, Lou Brock.
Henderson also holds the modern record for steals in one season
with 130 in 1982. On May 1, 1991, Henderson broke one of baseball's
most famous records when he stole the 939th base of his career,
one more than Lou Brock. This classic photograph was taken moments
after that historic stolen base. An unforgettable moment in baseball
history, Rickey hand-signed this 16x20 photograph and we Quality
Framed the collectible in black moulding, UV-protective
glass, classic A's suede matting, and SGA "Stolen
Base King" Floating Plate. A timeless baseball collectible
from a a great Hall of Famer.

| "My
office is at Yankee stadium.
Yes, dreams do come true."
Yes,
Derek is a New York Classic as evidenced by this memorable quote.
And so are our great SGA
Exclusive Yankee Displays. By the time he's through
with his major-league career, NY Yankee SS Derek Jeter could have
a championship ring for each of his 10 fingers. He's played on
five World Series winners so one hand is covered. Derek completed
a rare "double" of sorts in 2000 when he was named MVP
of the All-Star Game as well as the World Series. Away from the
field, few players are as popular as Derek. He's been called the
"Prince of the City," with his good looks and easy demeanor
and he still often refers to his manager as "Mr. Torre."
Derek is a career .300+ hitter, perennial All-Star, 5x Gold Glove
and 4x Silver Slugger Winner and the Yankees Captain since 2003.
Jeter also is the holder of the Yankees Career Hits and Stolen
Base records. If the Yankees could retire his number while he
is still playing they probably would! The very cool Sports
Gallery Exclusive Display includes a terrific hand-signed
11x14 action shot, Yankees Patch and and Special Plate. An amazing
collectible and piece of Sports Art.
Our
unsigned SGA Signature
Series is also a Sports Gallery Exclusive display that
includes an SGA facsimile signature floating plate. We are proud
to offer two Jeter Signature Series Displays (Headfirst
& Turning Two), both with
"Pride. Power. Pinstrips,"
Signature Plate. Our SGA
Impact Series features high-impact athletes in high-impact
framings. Available with 16x20 photographs, the presentation includes
double matting with cut-out feature, in this case Jeter's famous
number "2' surround by "NY." The photograph is
a spotlight version (color on b&w background) of Derek making
a leaping throw at Short An outstanding display that is sure to
get a big reaction. And the SGA
UnderFifty Series is our best unsigned framed value and
a great way to add Derek to your wall at a low cost. All are great
gifts for any fan of the Bronx Bombers!
