Omar Vizquel new!
San Francisco Giants
$179

Caracas, Venezuela native Omar Enrique González Vizquel has played for the Giants, Indians and Mariners in a brilliant Major League career. Vizquel is considered one of baseball's best defensive shortstops, having won nine consecutive Gold Gloves (1993-2001) and two more in 2005 and 2006.
Playing for the Giants in 2006, Vizquel led all Major League shortstops with a .993 fielding percentage (four errors in 599 total chances) and is now second only to Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith for career Gold Glove honors (Smith boasts 13). Ozzie is just one of seven players, and first shortstop, to win multiple Gold Gloves in both leagues. His .984 career fielding percentage is the best in Major League history among shortstops who have played at least 1,000 games at the position. Other records/honors for Omar include: tied the American League record for most consecutive games without an error (95 between 9/26/99 - 7/21/01); 3-time All-Star (1998-99, 2002); became 230th major league player to reach 2,000 career hits on April 22, 2004; and named Venezuelan World Baseball Classic captain in 2006. Respected and love by his teammates and fans for his exuberance and flat out love of the game, Omar is baseball royalty and sure to be a Manager when his playing days are over. This great action photograph shows Omar doing what he does best - playing "D." Hand-signed by Omar at a recent Bay Area signing and Sports Gallery Quality Framed in thick mahogany, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!) and classic Giants double matting. A great gift for any Omar fan.

Matt Williams
Arizona Diamondbacks
$139 Sold < Find me one! >

Five-time All-Star 3B Matt Williams recently announced his retirement. Williams, who had 378 career home runs, spent the last 5-½ seasons with the Diamondbacks where he won one World Championship in 2001. Matt also played with San Francisco and Cleveland and finished his career with 1,218 RBIs and four Gold Glove awards. When he was playing for the Giants, Williams had 43 homers and was on pace to threaten Roger Maris' then-season record of 61 when players struck on Aug. 12, 1994. One of the more popular Giants players of all-time, many SF fans were upset when SF traded Matt Williams instead of Barry Bonds after the 1996 season.

Ted Williams "Last At Bat" - Click to Enlarge

Ted Williams new!
Last At Bat
$1,395

Baseball Legend Ted Williams, who died July 5, 2002, devoted his life to winning the elemental battle between batter and pitcher. He believed in total dedication to his craft. The results speak for themselves: At .344, this Hall of Famer owns one of the highest career batting averages in Major League Baseball history. In 1941, Ted Williams had one of the greatest seasons of all time, hitting .406 - the last time any player finished a season over .400. He won two Triple Crowns, two MVP Awards, six batting titles, and, in spite of spending nearly five full seasons in the military, amassed 521 home runs in his career. On September 28, 1960, Williams hit a 420-foot home run off Jack Fisher in the 8th inning during a game with Baltimore at Fenway Park. It was his 29th homer of the season and turned out to be Ted Williams "last at bat" in the Majors before retiring. This historic at bat is captured beautifully in this vintage 16x20 photograph. Hand-signed by Ted in blue sharpie and Sport Gallery Quality Framed in thick thick mahogany, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!), and classic double matting, this is a timeless collectible that will be passed down generation to generation in your family. The presentation is the difference when you buy your Sports Art at Sports Gallery and this classic deserves the very best framing. An unforgettable gift for that special sports fan in your life.

Ted Williams "The Sweetest Swing" - Click to Enlarge

Ted Williams
First Home Run 16x20
$1,495

The Red Sox' Ted Williams was one of baseball's greatest hitters. Combining keen vision with quick wrists and a scientific approach to hitting, he set numerous batting records despite missing nearly five full seasons due to military service and two major injuries. His accomplishments include a .406 season in 1941, two Triple Crowns, two MVPs, six American League batting championships, 521 home runs, a lifetime average of .344, 17 All-Star Game selections, and universal reverence. This famous photograph was taken at Holy Cross College's Fitton Field in Worcester, MA on April 14, 1939. It was Williams' first home run in Massachusetts during a Red Sox exhibition game - a grandslam that drove in Jimmie Foxx, Joe Cronin and Bobby Doerr. Hand-signed by Williams before his death in 2002 and handsomely framed and matted, this is a classic piece of baseball history.

Ted Williams & Babe Ruth Photograph - Click to Enlarge

Ted Williams and "The Babe"
24x20
$2,495

This photo is an original color photograph taken in July of 1943 at Fenway Park in Boston and is the first time Ruth and Williams met. It is one a very few color photos that exists of Babe Ruth. The actual game that day was a special charity game- where the (Military) Service All-Stars (lead by Ted Williams, and coached by the Bambino) took on the Boston Braves. Williams lead the team to victory with a late-inning home run. Prior to the Game, Williams and Ruth had a competition to see who could hit the most home runs. Williams hit 3, and the Babe hit a towering fly ball that just barely missed the stands. Babe Ruth was 47 at the time of this photograph, and entered the game as a pinch-hitter in the 8th inning- it would be his last time in front of a major league plate. One month after this photograph, Williams was called to duty in WWII. Within a year, Babe Ruth would be diagnosed with the cancer that eventually took his life. This beautifully framed and matted 20x24 photograph, hand-signed by the late Ted Williams, is in a class by itself.

1986 World Series
$199
The 1986 World Series will be forever known for the play that cost the Boston Red Sox Game Six and eventually the whole series. The NY Mets then went on to win Game 7 and the World Series Championship. Carl Yastrzemski
$269

When Carl Yastrzemski retired in 1983 after 23 seasons in Boston, he was the all-time Red Sox leader in eight major categories — games, at-bats, runs, hits, doubles, total bases, RBI and extra base hits. An intense performer, Yaz played in more games (3,308) than any other American Leaguer, topping 3,000 hits and 400 home runs. A three-time batting champion, he was the American League MVP in 1967 when he won the Triple Crown, the last player to achieve the feat. Elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1989, this hand-signed photograph of Yaz at bat is Sports Gallery Quality Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!) and classic Sox double matting. Barry Zito Photograph - Click to Enlarge

Barry Zito new!
$189

In 2006, Oakland A's pitcher Barry Zito was again the anchor of the Oakland staff. Selected to his third All-Star game, Barry helped lead Oakland all the way to the AL Championship Series. Barry was 47-17 over his first three seasons in the MLB and won at least 10 games in each of his first six full seasons. And in 2002, he did much better than that going 23-5 with a 2.75 ERA and 182 strike-outs in winning the American League Cy Young Award. Barry features one of the best curveballs in the game. Batters' knees often buckle when Barry breaks off his curve and when his command is on he is nearly unhittable. Barry also throws an excellent changeup to further keep hitters off balance. Community minded, Barry has taken a lead role in the Major League Baseball Players Trust for Children in addition to various other charitable interests. In recent years, Barry conceived and launched Strikeouts For Troops, an organization that benefits America's war-wounded. Fundraising events, fan donations at www.strikeoutsfortroops.org and cash pledges by Zito and more than 35 players for on-field performance in various statistical categories go directly to wounded U.S. military recuperating in hospitals across the country. Both a great pitcher and person, this surfing & guitar-enthusiast hand-signed this great action 8x10. Sports Gallery Quality Framed in thick mahogany, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!) and Oakland A's matting, this beauty would make a great gift for any Oakland fan.
