Kobe
Bryant (SGA Limited Edition)
"2008 MVP" |
| $1,895 |
Kobe
has been the man since High School. He was selected by USA Today
and Parade Magazine as the National High School Player of the Year
as a senior at Lower Merion H.S. In 1996, he made his NBA debut
at the age of 18 years, 2 months and 11 days to become the youngest
player ever to appear in an NBA game. In 1998 he became the youngest
All-Star in NBA history (at that time), posting 18 points and 6
rebounds in the game. A member of the Lakers 2000, 2001, and 2002
Championship teams, Kobe is a ten-time NBA All-Star (amazingly,
a starter in each of those appearances) and six-time All-NBA First-Teamer.
A two-time All-Star MVP, 2005/2006 was perhaps Kobe's best statistical
season as he led the League in scoring with a 35.4 ppg average.
And On January 22 of that season, Kobe scored an amazing 81 points,
the second highest single game point total in NBA history behind
only Wilt Chamberlain.
In 2006/07 he again led the league in scoring (31.6 ppg) and finished
the year with a staggering ten 50-plus point games becoming the
only player other than...yes, Wilt Chamberlain...to do it in one
season. And in 2007/08, all Kobe did was lead the Lakers back to
the NBA Championships and win his first NBA MVP Award. Kobe just
keeps getting better and better... Probably the only basketball
player worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as the great
Michael
Jordan, Kobe hand-signed this limited edition (of 124)
Kobe "24" jerseys (includes Kobe MVP logo on the shoulder).
And this limited edition jersey is part of our SGA
Limited Collection. Sports Gallery (and museum)
Quality Framed in thick
mahagony, UV-protective glass, and classic Lakers double suede matting,
and including a commemorative plaque, this is a beautiful piece
of Sports Art and a timeless collectible
that, given Kobe's basketball resume, will only go up in value.

Monta
Ellis
|
| $895 |
Warriors
Guard Monta Ellis attended Lanier High School in Jackson, Mississippi
where he was named the Parade Magazine High School Player of the
Year in 2005 (along with Greg Oden). Originally headed to Mississippi,
Ellis opted instead for the NBA. Drafted by the Warriors in the
2nd round (40th overall), Ellis cracked the starting lineup late
in the 2005-06 NBA season. However, the 2006-07 season was really
when the NBA started to take notice of Monta. He was selected to
play in the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge during NBA's All-Star Weekend
and scored an impressive 28 points. Ellis posted a solid season
for the Warriors, averaging 16.5 points per game, up substantially
from his 6.8 average the previous season. That season he received
the NBA's Most Improved Player Award, quite an honor for a second
year player. And Monta just continues to get better, quickly becoming
one of the elite players in the League. A player on the rise on
a team on the rise, Monta signed this retro Warriors home jersey.
Then we took over, Sports
Gallery Quality Framing it
in thick black wood, UV-protective glass and and classic Warriors
suede double matting, along with an inset photo of Monta jamming
it in the Warriors sharp new uniform. Just a great collectible,
this beauty is a Sports
Gallery Exclusive and a great gift for any Warriors fan.

Magic
Johnson new!
w/ Photo Inset and Floating
Plate! |
| $895 |
Earvin
"Magic" Johnson, a native of East Lansing, Michigan, was
destined for greatness from the day he stepped onto the basketball
court at Lansing Everett High School until he retired from the Los
Angeles Lakers, winning championships at the high school, collegiate,
professional and international levels. Johnson not only led Michigan
State to the 1979 NCAA championship in a classic battle against
Indiana State's Larry Bird, but was also an immediate superstar
in the NBA leading the Los Angeles Lakers to five NBA Championships
('80, '82, '85, '87, '88). He also was named NBA MVP three times,
NBA First-Team nine times, and is the all-time assist (10,141) and
steals (1,724) leader in Lakers history. Put simply, Magic was magic
on the court and was named one of the "50 Greatest Players
in NBA History" in 1996 and enshrined in the Basketball Hall
of Fame in 2002. Johnson signed this jersey in silver sharpie across
the "2" in his famous number "32." Sports
Glalery Quality Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective
glass (very important for signature protection!), classic Lakers
double suede matting, and Photo inset w/ SGA Floating Plate, this

Michael
Jordan
Chicago Bulls & HOF Jerseys |
| Michael
Jordan is considered by many to be the greatest basketball player
of all time. A remarkable force at both ends of the floor, "MJ"
ended a 15-year career with a regular-season scoring average of
30.12 points per game, the highest in NBA history (ahead of Wilt
Chamberlain's 30.06). He won six Championships, notched 10 scoring
titles, and was league MVP five times. Since 1983, he's appeared
on the front cover of Sports Illustrated a record-49 times, and
was named the magazine's "Sportsman of the Year" in 1991.
In 1999, he was named "The Greatest North American Athlete
of the 20th Century" by ESPN, and placed #2 on the Associated
Press list of top athletes of the century. His leaping ability,
vividly illustrated by dunking from the foul line and other feats,
earned him the nicknames "Air Jordan"
and "His Airness." Jordan's
basketball talent was clear from his rookie season in the NBA. His
breathtaking dunks, tenacious defense and apparent ability to score
at will amazed fans and opponents. After Jordan poured in 63 points
against the Boston Celtics in a 1986 playoff game (still a playoff
record), Celtic superstar Larry Bird famously described him as "God
disguised as Michael Jordan." Along with Muhammad Ali
and Pele', Jordan is perhaps the best known athlete in the
World today. Michael hand-signed these two very cool jerseys right
on the "2" of his famous #23. One is a classic red Bulls
Jersey (always cool) while the other is a very special, limited
edtion, specially inscribed HOF commemorative black jersey. Both
are Sports
Gallery Quality Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective
glass (very important for signature protection!) and suede double-matting
(the HOF jersey includes a career retrospective plate). And both
are wonderful pieces of Sports Art
celebrating one of the great athletes in the history of sports.

Michael
Jordan
Washington Wizards |
$3,195
Web
Special $1,595 |
On
October 30, 2001 Michael Jordan returned from retirement for the
second time in his career, posting 19 points (7-21 FG, 5-6 FT),
six assists, five rebounds and four steals against the New York
Knicks. That year, he led his new team, the Washington Wizards,
with 22.9 points per game and scored his 30,000th career point vs.
Chicago on January 4, 2002. In 2002-2003 Jordan has again astounded
the league by playing some of his best basketball at age 40. Now
retired and no longer apart of the Washington organization, it is
doubtful Jordan will be signing many of these jerseys in the future
(he and the Wizards did not part on the best of terms). All of which
makes this an incredibly unique Jordan collectible. A great gift
for that Jordan...or just sports...fan that appreciates and covets
unique collectibles. Quality framed and matted in thick black wood
and blue suede matting, it is a beautiful piece of art that would
look fabulous on any wall. And, for a limited time, a Sports Gallery
Web Special!
