On Saturday Afternoon, December 11, the Warriors latest sensation, Dorell Wright conducted his first Bay Area signing at our Walnut Creek Gallery.

Dorell Wright, originally from Los Angeles, is the Bay Area's newest basketball star. A small forward, Wright was selected 19th overall by the Heat in the 2004 NBA Draft, entering the NBA directly out of high school, after averaging 29.4 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks per game for South Kent Prep in Connecticut. In 2006, Wright was a member of the Heat's first NBA championship squad. On July 13, 2010, Wright signed with the Golden State and hasn't disappointed Warriors fans. An important part of the team's fast start, Wright is amongst the NBA leaders in three-pointers and even participated in the 2010/11 NBA All-Star 3-point Contest. Quickly becoming a fan favorite at The Oracle, Dorell appears to be a key ingredient in the Warriors plans for the future.
