RB
Emmitt Smith was selected in the first round of the 1990 NFL draft
by the Dallas Cowboys after his junior season at Florida. What
a pick it turned out to be for the Cowboys! Emmitt, who recently
retired after a 15-year NFL career, holds the NFL record for most
career yards (18,335 yards), rushing touchdowns (164), 1,000 yard
seasons (11 consecutive seasons between 1991-2001) and 100 yard
games (78). Awards include: 1990 Rookie of the Year, Three-time
Super Bowl Champion, Super Bowl MVP (XXVIII), Eight-time Pro-Bowl
selection, NFL MVP (1993), Sportsman of the Year (1994), among
others. An eight-time Pro-Bowler and consummate Cowboy, Emmitt
hand-signed (along with his famous "#22") this action
photograph of himself carrying the pigskin.
Quality Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective glass (very
important for signature protection!), and classic double-matting,
this is a terrific collectible from a future Hall of Famer. A

Before Emmitt Smith broke Chicago Bears RB Walter
Payton's career rushing record in 2002, Cleveland
RB Jim Brown held the record for 20 years and Walter
Payton for 18 years after Brown. Said Smith at his
2005 retirement press conference, "It's a special
record because it takes durability, grace, desire,
determination and a short-term memory to get that
far up there. It's a record I've always wanted from
the first time I got here."
QB
Kenny Stabler was an Crimson Tide and Raider great. At Alabama
he was First-Team All-SEC, an All-American, and directed the
Crimson Tide to two National Championships. Following his stellar
collegiate career, Stabler went on to star in the NFL, winning
the Super Bowl in 1977 with the Raiders, where he was a cult
favorite of the Raider Nation. He played a total of 15 seasons
(1970-84) in the NFL with the Raiders, Houston Oilers and New
Orleans Saints, where he was a 4× Pro Bowl selection,
2× All-Pro selection, Super Bowl XI champion, NFL 1970s
All-Decade Team selection, 1974 NFL MVP, and led the NFL in
Passing Touchdowns in 1974 and 1976. But he is most famous as
a Raider with his long hair, partying ways and reckless (but
successful play) at QB. Kenny's quote on this Sports
Gallery Exclusive Display pretty much says it all:
"I
used to read the playbook by the light of the
juke box...Why would anyone need 8 hours of sleep,
just to play a 3 hour game?"
Gotta
love "The Snake!"

During
the 1970's, there was no defense more feared than the Pittsburgh
Steelers' Steel Curtain Defense, considered by many the greatest
defensive unit assembled in NFL history. And their best season
year may have been the 1976 season when the Steel Curtain simply
dominated games. After the Steelers started 1-4, the defense just
took over, holding their opponents to just two touchdowns over
the next nine games, and shutting them out five times, including
three consecutive games. Eight of the Steelers starting eleven
defensive players were selected for the Pro Bowl that year. Without
a doubt, this fabled defense was the backbone of the Steelers
dynasty of four Super Bowls Championships (IX, X, XIII, and XIV).
And at the core of this fabled defense was their famed front four
- "Mean" Joe Green (#75), L.C. Greenwood (#68), Ernie
Holmes (#63), and Dwight White (#78). Greene, of course, went
on to be named the 1974 Defensive Player of the Year and was elected
to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This great collectible pays
tribute to this unforgettable foursome. This 16x20 action photograph
of the front four reeking havoc at the line is hand-signed by
ALL FOUR and uniquely framed
with their numbers and descriptive plaque. A great gift for that
longtime Steelers fan! [why

Jack
Tatum new!
Super Bowl XI "Assassin"
16x20 & 8x10 Display
Hard-hitting
Safety Jack Tatum attended Ohio State, before playing ten seasons
in the NFL, all but one with the Oakland Raiders. Popularly
known as the "Assassin,"
Jack was voted to three Pro Bowls (1973-1975) and was a key
member of the Raiders Super Bowl XI Championship Team. Tatum
earned a reputation as a fierce competitor and was considered
one of the hardest hitters ever to play the game. In one of
the most lasting images from Super Bowl XI, Tatum knocked the
helmet off Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Sammy White, often
regarded as one of the biggest hits in Super Bowl history. Jack
is also known for a hit he made against former New England Patriots
wide receiver Darryl Stingley in a 1978 pre-season game that
left Stingley paralyzed from the chest down, and his involvement
in the Immaculate Reception.
A member of the College Football Hall of Fame, this quote by
Jack pretty much says it all:
"I
like to believe that my best hits
border on felonious assault."
A
Raider Nation Cult Favorite, this classic hand-signed photograph
of the aftermath of Jack's famous Super Bowl hit comes in two
sizes - 16x20 & 8x10 - with both including the special l"The
Assassin"
inscription. Sports
Gallery Quality Framed (with the 8x10 Display being
a Sports
Gallery Exclusive that includes the quote above),
these beauties are pure "Raiders"
and a great gift for any longtime fan of the Silver & Black...or
any fan of hard-hitting for that matter!
WR
John Taylor played for the 49ers from 1987 to 1995 and was an
exceptional counterpart to Hall of Fame teammate Jerry
Rice during that time - arguably one of the greatest
tandems in 49ers...and perhaps football...history. Taylor is
best know for his winning 10-yard touchdown pass from Joe
Montana during the final seconds of Super Bowl XXIII
in 1989. One
of the most memorable moments in 49ers history, rivaling even
"The
Catch" by Dwight Clark...and often referred
to as "The Catch II".
In his nine NFL seasons, Taylor recorded 347 receptions for
5,589 yards and 43 touchdowns. He also gained 1,517 yards and
two touchdowns returning punts, and added another 276 yards
returning kickoffs. An NFL Pro Bowler in 1988 and 1989, Taylor
has three Super Bowl rings from his years with the Niners -
'88, '89 and '94. At
John's recent
Sports Gallery in-store appearance with Dwight Clark,
he signed many very cool 49er collectibles including this photograph
taken moments after his game-winning catch in Super
Bowl XXIII (check
out the ref with his arms raised!).
Remember this great player and moment in 49ers history with
this Sports
Gallery Exclusive. The 8x10 Display includes a commemorative
plaque and both are Sports Gallery Quality Framed in thick black
wood, UV-protective glass and classic Niners suede matting.
Unique collectibles that you
won't find anywhere else. And a great gift for any longtime
Niners fan!
Buffalo Bills RB Thurman Thomas had a career that started and
ended with a question about his knee. In between, no one ever
questioned his heart. In 1988, when Thomas was drafted in the
second round (40th overall), then-GM Bill Polian just hoped that
the Bills would get a few good years out of the Oklahoma State
RB. Scouts feared his knee, injured during his senior season,
just wouldn't hold up. It held up and then some. There can be
no doubt that Thomas is a sure bet for the Hall of Fame, likely
in his first season of eligibility. That's what 16,532 yards from
scrimmage (6th in NFL history), 12,074 yards of it the ground
(9th in NFL history) will do for one's credentials. Four straight
Super Bowl appearances, five Pro Bowl berths, and an NFL MVP Award
(in 1991 when Thurman rushed for 1,407 yards and had a career
best 62 receptions) rounds out his case quite nicely. So does
shattering the team rushing record of an existing Hall of Famer,
O.J. Simpson. A fan favorite in Buffalo, Thurman hand-signed this
awesome action shot. Quality framed in thick black wood, UV-protective
glass and classic double matting, this beauty would make a great
gift for any Bills fan. [why

Y.A.
Tittle new

Agony of Defeat 16x20, 8x10 & 8x10
Display
SGA Immortal Moments Series
QB
Y.A. Tittle played 17 illustrious years in the AAFC and NFL.
He was an All-Pro 4 times and the League MVP twice - once with
San Francisco (1957) and once with the NY Giants (1962). Tittle
passed for 28,339 career yards and was inducted into the Football
Hall of Fame in 1971. But what Y.A. is possibly most famous
for is this single photograph. Taken late in his career on a
Sunday afternoon in Pittsburgh in 1964, this amazing photo captures
Tittle moments after taking a hard hit by the Steelers John
Baker that left him with a bloodied head and broken ribs. Hand-signed
by Tittle with his special "HOF
71" inscription, this photograph is considered by
most sports enthusiasts as the quintessential portrait of "The
Agony of Defeat." Sports
Gallery Quality Framed in black wood, UV-protective
glass (very important for signature protection!), and classic
double matting, this vintage black & white photo is a sports
classic and wonderful piece of Sports Art. The 8x10 Display
includes a descriptive plate identifying this collectors piece
as part of the SGA Immortal Moments
Series I." A great and timeless gift for any sports
fan!
This
famous Morris Berman photo of New York Giants quarterback Y.A.
Tittle kneeling, slump-shouldered in the endzone, blood trickling
from his forehead after a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers is -
43 years later - still one of the most eloquent depictions ever
of the athlete's struggle for success and the aftermath of failure.
The Agony of Defeat, so to speak, that no athlete ever avoids
completely. Although Tittle also played for the Colts and 49ers,
he is best remembered for his three years with the New York Giants
when his passing took the team to three NFL Championship games.
The remarkable unsigned photograph never looked better than here.

San
Diego Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson was selected out of Texas
Christian in the 1st round of the 2001 NFL Draft. Nice pick. In
just seven seasons, L.T. is already the Chargers all-time
leading rusher, has been named to five Pro Bowls (2002, 2004,
2005, 2006, and 2007) and received four First-Team All-Pro selections
(2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007). But it was 2006 that clearly defined
LaDainian as one of the best backs to have ever played the game.
That season, Tomlinson set an NFL record by scoring 19 touchdowns
in a span of 6 games, including a franchise record 4 touchdowns
in games against the San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals and
the Denver Broncos. He was the first to score three TD's in three
straight games, and the first to have three games of four or more
TD's in one season. He became the fastest player ever to score
100 touchdowns and with the first touchdown against Kansas City
on December 17, he surpassed most points in a season by an NFL
player (a record that had stood for 46 years). Tomlinson would
finish his record breaking season with 2,323 yards from scrimmage
(combined rushing and receiving) and 31 touchdowns (28 rushing,
3 receiving). Needless to say he was also awarded the 2006 NFL
Most Valuable Player Awards, among other awards.
Just a stud of a running back,
this hand-signed close-up action photo of LaDainian is from his
game vs. the Ravens in 2007 when he joined the 10,000
Yard Club, an exclusive group of NFL running backs who
have reached 10,000 yards rushing in their career. And LaDainian's
career has a long ways to go (look out Emmitt Smith!). Sports

Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective glass and

Known as a triple threat, on October 16, 2005, in
a Chargers victory over the Oakland Raiders, L.T.
became just the 7th player in NFL history to run,
catch and throw for a touchdown in the same game.
Chicago Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher
is a beast. His 527 tackles in his first three NFL seasons was
the most ever for a Bears player during such as span. NFL Defensive
Rookie of the Year and Pro Bowl selection in 2000, Urlacher has
gone on to be a five-time Pro Bowler and an an iconic figure for
the Chicago Bears, smashing records of Bears greats like Dick
Butkus and Mike Singletary. In 2005, Urlacher was awarded the
NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award while leading the Bears
to the play-offs. And he's been nothing short of amazing in 2006.
The Bears are reminding fans in the Windy City of the great "Da
Bears" team of '85 and Urlacher has been a huge reason
for their success. During
the Bears first Monday Night Football appearance in three
years, Urlacher helped the Bears overcome a 20 point difference
and win a 24-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Urlacher recorded
eleven tackles (with eight assists), and stripped the football
from Edgerrin James, leading to a pivotal Bears recovery
and touchdown. After the game, teammate Devin Hester said, "We
watched the film and everybody was saying that he just turned
into the Incredible Hulk the last four minutes of the game, just
killing people and running over and tackling whoever had the ball."
This great action photograph of Urlacher is hand-signed by Brian

Tommy Vardell is one of the most productive running backs ever
to play at Stanford. As a Cardinal, Vardell earned the nickname
"Touchdown Tommy" and, at the time of his graduation,
held Stanford records for both career and season rushing touchdowns.
In 1992, Tommy was the Cleveland Browns' first-round draft pick
(9th overall) in the NFL Draft. Tommy went on to play for San
Francisco where fans revived his "Touchdown Tommy" moniker.

Atlanta
Falcons QB Michael Vick is a rocket-armed quarterback with blazing
speed. But before he was turning heads in the NFL as one of the
best young QB's in the League, he was setting records at Virginia
Tech. During his redshirt freshman year at VT, he led the Hokies
into the National spotlight and carried the school (on his arm
and legs) to compete in the National Championship Game in 1999.
In the process, he captured the first-ever Archie Griffin Award
as college football Player of the Year when he led the nation
in passing efficiency at 180.37, the second-highest total ever,
and guided the Hokies to a perfect 11-0 regular season record.
In the NFL, 2004 was Michael's coming out party as one of the
elite QB's in the League. Not only did he lead Atlanta to the
NFC Championship game but he did it with plays and athleticism
never before seen. And in 2005 he is doing much the same. A gifted

games before his career is done. Get this terrific action photo

Michael

Takin' It Upfield
$229
Atlanta
Falcons QB Michael Vick has become one of the elite quarterbacks
in the NFL. Drafted in the First Round of the 2001 Draft out of
Virginia Tech, Vick became the Falcons' starter in 2002 and quickly
became one of the front runners to win the NFL MVP Award. His
most mind-boggling performance of the season came on December
1, 2002 in a 30-24 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. During
that memorable game, he scored two touchdowns and ran for an NFL
record-breaking 173 yards - including a 46 yard dash in overtime
to give the Falcons the victory. After the game, the NFL requested
Michael's cleats for display at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
You can bet that Michael will one day be joining his cleats in
Canton. Michael hand-signed this great action photograph of himself
Takin' It Upfield along with
his #7. A great shot of Michael doing what makes him such a special

It
is not often that a kicker is an integral part of the indentity
of a football team, but such is the greatness of Adam Vinatieri,
former Place Kicker for the New England Patriots. Adam is not
only one of the best kickers in the game but he is a huge reason
the Patriots won two of three Super Bowls. In Super Bowl XXVIII,
Vinatieri hit a game-winning 41-yard field goal with four seconds
left in the game giving the Patriots 32-29 victory over the Carolina
Panthers. And this followed his heroics of the 2002 Super Bowl
(Super Bowl XXVI), when Adam connected on a 48-yard field goal
as time expired to give the Patriots a 20-17 victory over the
Rams - the first time a Super Bowl was decided on the final play
of the game. Always among the League leaders in points scored
and field goal percentage, Vinatieri is only the 2nd player in
NFL history to reach the 100-point plateau in each of his first
seven seasons. An integral part of the Patriots Dynasty, get this

Bill

"The Genius & The Comeback
Kid"
12x18 w/ Autographed Trading Card
& 12x18
Photograph & Display (unsigned)
Joe
Montana and recently deceased Bill Walsh made a nearly perfect
quarterback-coach combination, and it started from the moment
Montana stepped into a 49er uniform in 1979. From the time he
drafted Montana, Walsh planned to make him the starting quarterback
that would take the 49ers to the next level and groomed him accordingly.
And in 1981 it all paid off. A magical season for the the 49ers,
that season, Bill, Joe and the revolutionary "West
Coast Offense" took the NFL by storm with the 49ers
going 13-3 and winning the first of of several Super Bowl Championships.
Under Walsh, the 49ers won Super Bowl Championships in 1981, '84,
and '88. And, of course, Joe added another Super Bowl Championship
after Bill retired. A football duo for the ages, the impact they
had not only on the 49ers, but all of football, cannot be underestimated.
This classic 12x18 color photograph showing "The
Genius and The Comeback Kid" strategizing at Candlestick
is a wonderful tribute to these two Hall of Famers. Three options
are available. One is an unsigned 12x18 photograph by itself.
The other two are Sports

After
a tremendous college career at Texas that included the 1998 Heisman
Trophy, RB Ricky Williams so impressed then New Orleans coach
Mike Ditka that Ditka traded all his 1999 picks and his first

NFL draft. This
vintage photograph shows Ricky, now retired, holding the #1 Saints
jersey signifying his pick in that draft.

Patrick
Willis is a beast on defense for the San Francisco 49ers. The
Linebacker out of Mississippi was the 11th overall pick in the
2007th draft and has been leading tearing up the NFL ever since.
At Mississippi, Patrick was awarded SEC Defensive Player of the
Year, first team All-SEC, consensus first-team All-American, and
was the winner of the prestigious Dick Butkus Award, given to
the most outstanding linebacker in college football. And Patrick
kept it going in the NFL. In his first NFL game, Willis recorded
11 tackles, including 9 solo, and a forced fumble as the 49ers
defeated the Arizona Cardinals in dramatic fashion by a score
of 20-17. Willis finished the 2007 campaign with an NFL-leading
174 total tackles, being selected to the Pro Bowl, along with
NFC Defensive Rookie of the Year, NFL Defensive Rookie of the
Year, and First Team All-Pro by the Associated Press. Patrick
was the only rookie in the NFL to make the AP All-Pro squad and
the first Defensive Rookie from the 49ers to make the Pro Bowl
since Ronnie Lott in 1981. And in 2008 & 2009, Willis did
it all over again, once again being voted to the Pro Bowl, this
time as a starter. Says 49ers coach Mike Singletary referring
to Ray Lewis and Patrick Willis: "I've
coached two of the greatest linebackers one that has already
proven to be one of the greatest and one who will prove to be,
barring health issues." He's THAT
good.
This Sports

impressive accomplishments. A great gift for any Niners fan! [why

Former Oakland Raiders CB Charles Woodson was regarded as one
of the best cornerbacks in the National Football League over a
15 year span. He is a four-time Pro Bowl selection since entering
the NFL in 1998. The Raiders top pick in 1998 (4th overall) Charles
won the Heisman Trophy in 1997 while leading the Michigan Wolverines
to a 12-0 record and the National Title. He was the first primarily
defensive player to win the Heisman and, as of 2005, remains the
only primarily defensive player to win the prestigious trophy.
Charles didn't miss a beat in the pros where he was named Defensive

Bryant
Young attended the University of Notre Dame where he was a three-year
starter and All-American selection as a senior. Drafted by the
49ers in the 1st round (7th overall) in the 1994 NFL Draft, Bryant
played his entire career as a Niner, wearing his famous "97"
the whole way. A four-time Pro Bowl Selection (1996, 1999, 2001,
and 2002) and Super Bowl Champion (XXIX), Young also was selected
a memeber of the NFL 1990's All-Decade Team. The 1994 NFL-NFC
Rookie of the Year and 1999 Comeback Player of the Year, Young
retired at the end of the 2007 season with 89.5 Sacks, 620 tackles,
and the hearts of the 49er Faithful. Bryant recently hand-signed
this great shot of himself after his final game. A Sports
Gallery Exclusive presentation, we've included a commemorative
plaque and Quality
Framed the photograph in thick black wood, UV-protective
glass, and classic Niners suede matting. A great collectible and
totally unique gift for any Niners fan. [why

Steve
Young had the near impossible task of succeeding Joe
Montana as the starting QB of the San Francisco 49ers.
But succeed he did. He was the starting QB for the 49ers from
1991-1999. Selected the NFL's Most Valuable Player in 1992 and
1994, Steve was also named the Super Bowl XXIX MVP after passing
for a Super Bowl record six touchdowns. A BYU graduate, Steve
was a left-handed quarterback, a rarity among NFL QB's.
This awesome photo of this 2005 Football Hall of Fame inductee
shows Steve's passion for making the play, no matter what...in
this case, no matter that he's lost his helmet (check it out between
his legs). Not your typical football action shot, Steve hand-signed
this beauty. Sports Gallery Quality
Framed in thick black wood, UV-protective glass (very
important for signature protection!) and Niners suede matting,
this is a terrific collectible from this Hall of Famer. A great
gift for any Niners fan. [why

Steve
Young/Jerry Rice Super
Bowl XXIX (Dual-Signed)
Super
Bowl XXIX was nothing short of an offensive explosion by the 49ers.
The fifth of the 49ers' five Championships, the Niners trounced
the San Diego Chargers to the tune of 49-26 that day in 1995.
San Francisco QB Steve Young set a Super Bowl record with six
touchdown passes and WR Jerry Rice hauled in three scoring passes
for the second time in his career in the Super Bowl. Rice caught
his third touchdown of the night on a seven-yard toss from Young
in the fourth quarter, enabling Young to break QB Joe
Montana's record of five Super Bowl touchdown passes.
Young was named the game's Most Valuable Player, while Rice turned
in the second best receiving performance in Super Bowl history
(at that time) with 10 catches for 149 yards, while tying his
own record with three scoring receptions. Steve has since been
elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame (Class of 2005) with
Jerry Rice, arguably the greatest receiver of all-time, to follow
as soon as he is Hall-eligible. Two 49er legends rejoicing in
a great moment in team history, this photograph is hand-signed
by BOTH. Sports Gallery Quality
