|
| This
is a beautiful framed and matted photograph (approximately 21"w
x 17"h) of The 13th hole of Augusta National Golf Course. An
accurate tee shot to the center of the fairway will allow a player
to go for the green in two if he desires. A tributary to Rae's Creek
winds in front of the green, and behind the putting surface are
four bunkers. This hole is named "Azalea" for the approximately
1,600 azaleas from the tee to the green. Part of Augusta's famed
"Amen Corner" (11th, 12th and 13th holes). |

| These
two beautiful photographs of Augusta were developed using Giclee
printing, the highest quality print available. In Giclee (pronounced
Geeclay), no screen or other mechanical devices are used and
therefore there is no visible dot screen pattern. The image has
almost all the tonalities and hues of the natural eye. These two
photos were taken immediately after the 2002 Masters by famed aerial
photographer William Scherer. The top photograph is an overhead
shot of "Redbud," the famous 170 yard, 16th hole. Nicknamed
Redbud because of the beauty of its budding trees, this
amazing hole has been the deciding factor in numerous Masters. In
1954 Ben Hogan three-putted to lose a playoff to Sam Snead. Jack
Nicklaus birdied the 16th on his way to his first Masters win in
1963 and his last Masters win in 1986. The bottom photograph is
Augusta's legendary "Amen Corner," the 11th, 12th and
13th holes. Beautiful limited edition (1 of 850) 8x10 photographs,
these pieces of art are handsomely framed and matted in mahogany,
hand-signed by the photographer with "Redbud" and "Amen
Corner" inscriptions. Buy the pair at a special price - a wonderful
gift for any golfer. |

|
| Cypress
Point is truly golf nirvana! A walking course within the enchanted
confines of the cypress trees and ocean views of Pebble Beach California,
it just doesn't get any better than Cypress. Even today, with the
ocean mist filling the air and the sea lions barking from the rocks
-you can stand on one of the final four holes, taking in all the
natural backdrop that is the Cypress Point Golf Club, and just imagine
how it all might have looked a hundred or more years ago. Unfortunately,
membership is very exclusive and small, making this jewel one of
the more difficult courses in the U.S. to get on. A former host
of the AT&T Pro-Am, no golfer should ever pass up the chance
to see this course. This mahogany-framed photograph (26"w x
23" framed) of Cypress' famed 17th Hole, with its vibrant colors
and unbelievable clarity, is a beautiful piece of art. A Giclee
photograph, this is the highest quality printing available. It his
a limited edition photograph, hand-signed by famed aerial photographer
William Scherer in gold ink. |

|
| Pebble
Beach is larger than life, boasting mature stands of trees, roller
coaster greens and bunkers in which you could easily hide one of
the bigger sport utility vehicles. If it appears as if the course
has taken a hundred years to develop this way, its because it nearly
has. The first 9-hole track was laid out along the cove in 1913.
One of the world's great golf courses, the U.S. Open Championship
has been played at Pebble Beach four times and counting. This mahogany-framed
16x20 photograph of Pebble shows a slightly closer view of the course
than the photograph above,
focusing on the vibrant colors and beauty of this wonderful course
and the crashing waves of Carmel Bay. |

Shinnecock
Hills
1995 US Open Championship |
| |
$199
[why
your online transaction is safe]
|
| Shinnecock
Hills is among America's most exclusive clubs, with about 350 members
drawn from old money families that summer in the Hamptons. With
few trees and only two miles from the ocean, Shinnecock is one of
the very few true US linksland courses. Shinnecock Hills played
at 6,944 yards for the 1995 Open when Cory Pavin won with even-par
280 for the 72 holes, two shots better than Greg Norman. For the
2004 US Open, this magnificent course is being extended to at least
7,000 yards to ensure it remains a severe test for power hitters
like Tiger Woods. |

even the rugged Monterey coastline mirrors the natural beauty of
