| A Private Signing
with Joe!  On
August 28th, Sports Gallery President Matthew Kelley met with football legend
Joe Montana for a private signing. Joe is arguably the greatest quarterback to
play in the NFL; there is no question he was one of the most successful. While
leading the 'Niners, he captured nine divisional titles and victories in Super
Bowls XVI, XIX, XXIII, and XXIV, earning MVP honors in three of those games
.During this signing, Joe signed numerous 49er collectibles including helmets,
mini-helmets, and classic photographs which we are now offering to the public. One
day later, 49er Great Dwight Clark made a special in-store
appearance
at our Carmel Store. We took advantage of meeting two 49er Greats in two days
by having Dwight and Joe both sign numerous 49ers collectibles, including various
photographs of "The Catch," the 1982
NFC Playoff game-winning play by Joe and Dwight that is considered by many the
most famous catch in football history. Here's
