SJ Sharks Event w/ Pavelski & Couture

| On
January 31, 2010, Sports Gallery, Roenicklife,
and Bowlmor Lanes (formerly Strike!) all combined
to create yet another very special San Jose Sharks
Event (see Sharks
Mega-Signing I , Mega
II , and Mega
III
for past events). This one featured Sharks stars
Joe Pavelski and Logan Couture and was hosted
by the amazing Bowlmor Lanes in Cupertino, CA. |

The
Sharks are not only one of the most successful
and popular teams in the Bay Area with post-season
and sold out crowds a constant, but they're great
guys as well. And their fans are the absolute
BEST coming to our signings in droves and making
it a feel good party every time! And SGA is proud
to have once again brought together two key ingredients
to the Sharks formula for success to Bowlmor Lanes. |

| Joe
Pavelski
is rapidly becoming an American hockey superstar
- without a doubt one of the San Jose Sharks most
dependable, hardworking, and dangerous players.
A Wisconsin native, "Little Joe" first
joined the Sharks during the 2006/07 season but
it wasn't until the 2007/08 season that Pavelski
became a regular starter on the Sharks roster,
playing in all of the 82 regular season games
13 play-off games. During the post-season he was
tied for the team lead in goals and was 2nd in
total points. In 2008/09, Joe tallied 25 goals
and 59 points. And in 2010, Joe anchored the Sharks
strong #2 Line, won a Silver Medal playing on
the USA team in the Winter Olympics, and dominated
post-season play scoring 5 goals in the Sharks
opening round win over Colorado. Logan Couture
was drafted by the Sharks ninth overall in the
2007 NHL Entry Draft. Highly thought of within
the organization and by hockey pundits, Logan
made his Sharks debut on October 25, 2009 against
the Philadelphia Flyers and scored his first NHL
goal on November 5, 2009 against Chris Osgood
of the Detroit Red Wings. On April 22, 2010 Couture
scored his first two playoff goals against the
Colorado Avalanche in game 5 of the first round
of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. And in 2010/11, Logan
has become one of the Sharks main scoring threats...a
true hockey superstar in the making. |

| Sharks
Fans were entertained with a 2+ hour signing party
that included a two hour autograph session with
the boys. It also featured a raffle with cool
Sharks tix and prizes, free bowling, and all the
fun that Bowlmor Lanes in Cupertino has to offer.
All and all, a signing party that left everyone
- fans, players, and SGA & Bowlmor Lanes employees
- smiling. |
