Lott Shows Off His "Rings" At Sports Gallery
On
August 12th, 2006, 49ers Legend and Football HOF'er
Ronnie Lott made a very special in-store appearance
at Sports
Gallery Carmel. During his career,
Ronnie earned 10 Pro Bowl invitations at three different
positions cornerback, free safety, and strong
safety. Lott recorded 63 career interceptions and
twice led the league in INT's. A complete player,
he surpassed the 1,000-career tackle mark in 1993,
and had five seasons of at least 100 tackles. In
his ten seasons with the 49ers, San Francisco won
eight NFC Western Division titles and four Super
Bowls.
Named All-Pro eight times, All-NFC six times, and
All-AFC once, Lott was also named to the NFLs
75th Anniversary Team and was inducted into the
Football Hall of Fame in 2000. His famous #42 was
retired by the 49ers in 2003.
Signing
for over two hours, Ronnie was an amazing guest,
graciously posing for pictures and signing 49er
and Raider collectibles. He even let a few lucky
fans try on his four Super Bowl rings. A very special
appearance by a football legend
Congratulations
to Jesse Sekhon of San Leandro, CA who won
our raffle for an Authentic NFL Football hand-signed
by Ronnie. Jesse's winning ticket was chosen by
Ronnie himself after the signing.
