The Brazil national football team, managed by the CBF and representing Brazil
in international football competitions, is the most successful national football
team in the history of the World Cup, with five championships (1958, 1962, 1970,
1994, 2002). A common quip about football is: "The
English invented it, the Brazilians perfected it." Hence the term
"The Beautiful Game," often used to
describe Brazil's style of play. Brazil is consistently among the strongest football
nations in the world and is the only team to have played in every World Cup and
won at least once in every tournament organized by FIFA. This Team-Signed Jersey
is autographed by 20 players from the 2006-2007 National Team. A few fan favorites
included are, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Dida, Cafu,Juan, Emerson, Roberto Carlos, Adriano,
Kaka, Ze Roberto, Gilberto Silva, Edmilson, Robinho, among others. Sports Gallery
Quality Framed
in thick black wood, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!)
and classic suede matting, this is a great collectible for any soccer fan.

At
the 2004 Summer Olympics, Abby Wambach's goal in the second overtime vaulted the
United States women's soccer team to a 2-1 gold medal victory over Brazil. When
the final whistle blew in this hard fought contest, the massive hug that ensued
was part victory celebration, part retirement party. Five of the players who provided
the foundation of U.S. women's soccer, five women who became role models for countless
girls across the country...if not the world (chinadaily.com
described the five as "living legends")...had just played their last
match together. Julie Foudy, Joy Fawcett, Mia Hamm, Kristine Lilly and Brandi
Chastain all stood in a row, arms around each other, during the medal ceremony...a
moment no fan of women's soccer will ever forget. This incredible USA jersey was
hand-signed by the gold medal team. Quality
Framed and matted in thick black wood, suede matting, and UV-protective
glass this is a timeless collectible commemorating a team for the ages.
