 In
the Summer of 2007, Sports Gallery made an important strategic
decision in the growth of our company by signing on to be a
major sponsor of the World Famous, San Francisco 49ers.
The
49ers Football Club
is
the oldest major league professional sports franchise on the
West Coast and as such, the 49ers have a rich and storied past.
They were dubbed the "Team of
the Decade" in the 1980's after claiming four Super
Bowl titles. The 'Niners went on to win Super Bowl XXIX in 1994
making them the first team in NFL history to win five Titles.
This
was Sports Gallery’s First Partnership with a professional
sports franchise and it has been a very successful one. Since
2007, Sports Gallery’s Quality Sports Memorabilia and Custom
Sports Framing have become a very recognizable part of the 49ers
franchise, culture, and Sunday Home Games. And it has led to
similar partnerships for SGA with other athletes, teams (professional,
collegiate, and youth), and organizations throughout the San
Francisco Bay Area (and beyond).

Television Program. And yes we've even sponsored a

Quality Framing: After each 49ers victory, Sports
Gallery frames the Team
Captains Displays that hang in the history-filled
hallways at 49ers Headquarters. We also reframed the
player jerseys in their legendary Hall of Fame, also
at Niners HQ in Santa Clara. And SGA was proud to
frame the jersey presented to Steve Young at his Jersey
Retirement Ceremony during Halftime of the Niners
vs. Patriots game on October 5, 2008. |

Youth Program: Sports Gallery is proud to have
been a major sponsor of the 49ers Youth Football Program
in 2009. This excellent program provides youth clinics
ranging from youth football fundamental camps to advanced
coaching clinics. It even hosts and sponsors youth
tournaments and officiating schools. In 2009, SGA
sponsored "Youth Football
Day" at Candlestick when the 49ers battled
(and beat!) the Denver Broncos. |

Starting
in 2008, Sports Gallery became the Exclusive
Memorabilia Partner of The
San Francisco 49ers Foundation, the
non-profit community funding extension of
the San Francisco 49ers.
The 49ers Foundation mission is supporting
the development of programs for underserved
youth that keep them safe, on track and in
school. A significant portion of its funding
goes toward family violence prevention programs
and activities that teach youth leadership
and respect. Beneficiaries of the 49ers Foundation
include: The Santa Clara Schools Foundation,
City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley, The San
Jose After-School All Stars, Fresh Lifelines
for Youth, and Fit For Learning, among others.
Through
the leadership of 49ers team owners Denise
and John York, the 49ers Foundation has donated
more than $4 million over the last four years
to non-profits throughout the San Francisco
Bay Area.
Conducting
our turn-key
silent auction solutions at almost every 49er
event - ranging from Training Camp to Fan
& Sponsor Events to Sunday Home Games
- we've created a successful fundraising channel
for the Foundation that is a treat for the
fans as well as a stunning tribute to the
San Francisco 49ers rich football tradition...very
much like a 49ers Museum or Exhibit. A true
win-win-win.

Events, Training Camp, and at each 49ers
home game. At the games, we'll be at the
new Grand
Plaza
3 hours before the game until after the
final fans leaves the Park. A pre-game
party that shouldn't be missed, come to
the game early and check us (and all the
fun!) out. It is a great time! |
