ABOUT THIS COLLECTIBLE
Big Ben was drafted by the Steelers in the first round (11th overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft out of Miami University (Ohio). At Miami in 2003, Roethlisberger led the Miami RedHawks to an unbeaten record in the MAC, a No. 10 ranking in the Associated Press poll and a 49-28 victory over Louisville in the 2003 GMAC Bowl. He would finish that season with 343 completions, 4,486 passing yards, and 37 passing touchdowns, breaking school single season records in all three categories. And he kept it going in the Steel City. Roethlisberger earned the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award in 2004 and his first Pro Bowl selection in 2007. He became the youngest Super Bowl-winning quarterback in NFL history, leading the Steelers, in only his second professional season, to a 21-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL at the age of 23. Roethlisberger led the Steelers to a second Super Bowl title in four seasons as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII, 27-23, after completing a game-winning touchdown pass to Santonio Holmes in the final 35 seconds. One of the most efficient passers in NFL history, Ben is the Steelers All-Time Leader in Career Wins, Passing Touchdowns, Passing Yards, Pass Attempts, and Pass Completions. Part of our unsigned SGA Signature Series, this great 16x20 or 11x14 shot of of Ben celebrating his TD in SB XL includes inset plate with laser-engraved facsimile Ben Roethlisberger signature along with "BIG BEN" and his Super Bowl Championships. Quality framed, this beauty is a great piece of Sports Art any Steelers fan would love!
