ABOUT THIS COLLECTIBLE
A new era of Steelers Football officially began on October 7, 2001. Sure, Three Rivers left behind 30 years of great memories and Championships, but it was time to move on from the multi-purpose sports stadiums of bygone days. On a bright Fall day, Pittsburgh football fans were treated to a Steelers victory at a stunning new stadium designed for one thing and one thing only - STEELERS FOOTBALL! That day the Steelers rode on the back of a historic performance by Jerome "The Bus" Bettis and defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 16-7. From the stadium scoreboards, to the fans in the stands, to the players on the field, to the downtown skyline beyond the Eastern end zone, it's all here. This beauty is available in three versions: Standard, Deluxe and Deluxe Patch. Standard is framed in quality black wood moulding. The Deluxe version is framed with black wood moulding, Steelers double matting, and customized plate that includes "First Game @ Heinz Field, details of the game and the Steelers classic logo. OR YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN PLATE! Finally, the Deluxe Patch adds an inset Steelers Logo Patch to our Deluxe Framing. Whichever display option you choose, this beauty is a great piece of Sports Art celebrating Pittsburgh football. HERE WE GO STEELERS!!
