ABOUT THIS COLLECTIBLE
You Never Forget Your First Championship. And for the Pittsburgh Steelers, that first Championship came in Super Bowl IX against the Minnesota Vikings on January 12, 1975 at Tulane Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana. The game was dominated by the vaunted Steelers defense, led by Jack Ham, Jack Lambert, Ernie Holmes and Dwight White. The "Steel Curtain" held the Vikings offense scoreless in the 16-6 win. But the day belonged to Franco Harris, who rushed for 158 yards and a touchdown on his way to MVP honors. The game was put away on a Terry Bradshaw scoring pass to Larry Brown with 3:31 left. The first of an NFL-leading 6 (!) Super Bowl Championships, it was a game...and Title...that no Pittsburgh fan will forget. A part of Steeler lore. And before the game, came this great 11x14 or 8x10 photograph of Hall of Fame running back Franco Harris, Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw and Fan Favorite running back Rocky Bleier during player introductions. The SGA UnderFifty Series is our best framed value and a great way to add this classic to your wall at a great price. The perfect gift for any Steelers fan!
