How do I buy an Item?
Search. Browse, Click, Buy, Done. It couldn't be easier to get yourself that special collectible. And if you're shopping for a gift, give us the address of the lucky person and we'll send it for you. We can even include a special note for you…just tell us what to say! Our goal is simple – to make sure your Sports Gallery Experience is a great one from start to finish!
How to I pay?
Using our secure payment server, you may use all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. Since we are a California company, the appropriate sales tax will be added on all items shipping within the State. Tax will not be charged on out of state purchases and shipments. Shipping options will also be presented, along with the opportunity to enter gift and discount codes.
Is my information secure?
When you decide to purchase an item, you will be taken to a secure payment server (https://) where you can safely enter your billing and shipping information. We partner with the leaders in the industry to ensure our site is ALWAYS using the latest encryption technology for secure information transmission. It's all very technical, but just know that Sports Gallery is firmly committed to the safety and security of your online transaction and we will not share your information. The success of our website depends on it!
Can I exchange my purchase for another item?
Yes. Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of purchase. We can also discuss other possible options on a case by case basis, so please don't hesitate to contact us. We will work with you on the best next steps. In general, refunds are not permitted.
When can I expect my item?
We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the purchase, shipment and timetable. In most cases, your order will ship within 2 business days unless expedited shipping has been chosen. If you've chosen Ground shipping, you typically should receive your order within 5-7 business days, notwithstanding weather and other possible shipping delays. If you've chosen expedited shipping we will work hard to get your item out the next day for delivery within the proper timeframe.
How will I receive my purchase?
UPS is our primary shipping partner so your order will be delivered using their services unless otherwise noted or requested. Typically, we do not require a signature on our items but that is an option if requested by the customer or UPS guidelines.
How do I know my signed item is authentic?
When you're in the sports collectibles business, authenticity is everything. We could not be in business since 1999, and have valued clients from all over the country, that purchase from us frequently, if customers do not have the utmost confidence that the signature they are purchasing is authentic. As such, our authenticity safeguards that are among the best in our industry. And every signed item includes a Sports Gallery tamper-proof hologram sticker and matching Certificate of Authenticity, your guarantee that we stand behind our collectibles!
How do you get your signed items?
For the most part, our autographs come directly from the athletes or their signing representatives. Over the years, we've conducted many autograph signings ourselves, both public and private, for inventory purposes. In addition we partner with the athlete's agencies and representatives to secure their signatures straight from the source. We observe a strict chain of custody from athlete to customer and as such do not purchase any of our signed items from the general public.
How do your framings/displays differ from other Sports Memorabilia Companies?
When we say "A New Era of Sports Memorabilia" we mean it. At Sports Gallery, we pride ourselves on the quality of our collection. Not only do we work hard to make sure the athletes' signatures are authentic and without flaws, but we strive to present the collectibles in high-quality frames and shadowboxes that our customers will be proud to display in their home, office or establishments.
Our Framings are high quality black wood or mahogany and, in almost all cases, special UV-protective conversation glass. They contain only Quality Matting, both suede and paper. Precise ironing and expert pinning in our jersey framings is performed by our full-time jersey framer…it is what she does all day every day. And LOVES it!
We do not cut corners in materials, instead opting to customize our collectibles with the best protection and presentation on the market today. Put simply, you will not find collectible framings and displays as nice as ours. The collectible you are purchasing is special...shouldn't its display be the same? That is our overriding philosophy at Sports Gallery and what distinguishes us from our competitors.
What does "Sports Gallery Exclusive" mean?
Many of our Collectibles and Sports Art can only be found on sportsgalleryweb.com, making them "Sports Gallery Exclusives." And, even when we're presenting a signed baseball or photo that can be found elsewhere, we're doing it in a high quality display that is totally unique from anything else you will see or find anywhere else. We can do this thanks to our in-house framing and constant R&D efforts. We're always working on the next great display! And, of course, the fact that we're in-house, allows us quality-control as well, ensuring your product will be perfect!
