ABOUT THIS COLLECTIBLE
Sid the Kid can definitely play some hockey. Drafted first overall in 2005 by the Penguins, Crosby finished sixth in league scoring with 102 points in his rookie season. Not a bad start to a career. By his second season, he led the NHL with 120 points (36 goals, 84 assists) to capture the Art Ross Trophy, becoming the youngest player and the only teenager to win a scoring title. Named Captain in 2007–08, the Penguins beat Detroit the following season in the Stanley Cup Finals, making Crosby the youngest captain in NHL history to win the Stanley Cup.
In 2013–14, Crosby again won the Hart Memorial Trophy as well as the Art Ross Trophy and his third Ted Lindsay Award. And in 2015–16, Crosby captained the Penguins to the 2016 Stanley Cup Finals, where they defeated the San Jose Sharks in six games. Crosby was the 2016 winner of the Conn Smythe Trophy as the Playoff MVP. Internationally, Crosby has represented Canada in numerous tournaments for the country's junior and men's teams, winning a slew of medals and captaining Team Canada to Gold in 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics and the 2015 World Championship in Prague. The dude’s flat-out a winner, that’s for sure. The SGA UnderFifty Series is our best framed value and the perfect way to add this terrific 11x14 shot of Sidney hoisting Lord Stanley's Cup to your wall at a great price. Quality Framed, this beauty is a timeless piece of Sports Art celebrating Penguin hockey. A great gift for any Pittsburgh...or Sidney...fan!
