QB Y.A. Tittle played 17 illustrious years in the AFC and NFL. He was an All-Pro 4 times and the League MVP twice - once with San Francisco (1957) and once with the NY Giants (1962). Tittle passed for 28,339 career yards and was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 1971. But what Y.A. is possibly most famous for, is photographs of him showing the brutality and agony that can sometimes accompany the great sport of football. An absolute classic is the photograph of Y.A. taken late in his career on a Sunday afternoon in Pittsburgh in 1964.  This amazing shot of Tittle on his knees captures him moments after taking a hard hit by the Steelers John Baker that left him with a bloodied head and broken ribs. But there are more classic Y.A .photographs, also included in this Sports Gallery Exclusive Triple Display.  The quintessential portrait of "The Agony of Defeat," this NFL Classic Display is Quality Framed in black wood, UV-protective glass (very important for signature protection!), classic matting and custom plate.  OR YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN PLATE! The center shot is hand-signed by Title.  Just a very cool collectible and wonderful piece of Sports Art, not only celebrating a great HOF football player, but also the great game of football!
