No player to date can match New York Yankees Yogi Berra's professional baseball resume when it comes to playing on fourteen pennant-winners and ten World Championship teams. The heart of the Yankees for 18 seasons, Berra topped the 100-RBI mark four years in a row and was a 3x AL MVP. In every season from 1948 to 1962 (15 in a row!), Berra was selected to the All-Star team. During his career he called three no-hitters, including Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series. Elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972, Yogi was arguably the most popular Yankee of all-time. Yogi hand-signed this classic 8x10 photograph of the historic moment in 1947 when then-rookie Yogi Berra met the great Sultan of Swat himself, Babe Ruth. This Sports Gallery Exclusive "Passing the Yankee Torch of Greatness" Display includes this signed photograph and full plate with Yankee "NY" background commemorating this meeting between two Yankees legends. OR YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN PLATE! Quality Framed in black wood, UV-protective glass, classic double matting, and official Yankees patch, this beauty is a timeless collectible and Sports Art celebrating two baseball icons.
